100g (3.5 oz) breadcrumbs
50g (1.8 oz) flour
Olive oil
3 pickled cucumbers
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 garlic cloves
Dill

Preparing the Zucchini

Make slits in the zucchinis with a fork.

Cut them into 4 pieces or more, depending on your preference.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper generously over the zucchini pieces.

Let them sit for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Creating the Egg Mixture

While the zucchini is resting, prepare the egg mixture:
